How to recharge (top up) your MobileVoIP credit

Where do I recharge? It depends on your account

Open the app: the login screen or Settings shows the brand (provider) of your account. Recharge on that brand's website with the same username. We can only top up accounts created on MobileVoIP.net (usernames ending with *1); credit of other brands cannot be bought or moved here.

Recharging a MobileVoIP.net account

Log in on MobileVoIP.net, open Buy credit and choose a package: €5 (€5.70), €10 (€10.95), €15, €25, €50 or €100. Pay with PayPal (PayPal account or card), Bitcoin, USDT or Skrill. The credit is added to your VoIP account automatically, usually within a minute of the payment being confirmed; crypto needs its network confirmations first (10–30 minutes).

Rules that protect against fraud: one purchase per 24 hours; new customers (first 3 payments) can buy the €5 and €10 packages only.

The credit does not show in the app

Log out of the app and in again: the balance on screen is not always refreshed. Make sure the app is logged in with the username the credit was bought for (it ends with *1); under My VoIP accounts on the website you see each account and its balance. The order status is under Purchases: Completed means the credit is there; Pending means the payment is not confirmed yet.
